The Task
METRO is an international wholesaler operating in over 30 countries worldwide. Due to fragmented communication, the company has struggled with brand awareness. To change this, we unified METRO's positioning as an employer and inspired talents to join. We developed a modular employer branding toolbox and empowered various markets to utilise it effectively. You don't just join the M, you shape the M.

My Role
On this project I was the right hand woman to our Senior Brand Designer, not only implementing his ideas but working closely in finding design solutions and new ways to make the brand more user friendly accross all countries. I was also in charge of an intern joining in on this project, giving feedback and direction
in the process.
